These Terms and Conditions apply to the website operated by Robert Moon, La Petite Barre, 18210 Bessais-le-Fromental, France.
They apply to all transactions and do not affect your statutory rights.
We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect from the time they are published on the website.

Orders
You will have the opportunity to check and correct any errors in your order at any time before clicking the order submission button.
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an order acknowledgement by email.
This is only an acknowledgement of your order and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding agreement will only take place once payment has been received.
You will receive a second email confirming acceptance of your order and providing details of any items that are unavailable.
If an item is out of stock or unavailable, this will be stated in your confirmation email, or we will contact you by telephone.
You will have the option to wait until the item is back in stock, choose an alternative product of the same value, or receive a refund for that item.
Prices and Payment
All prices shown on our website are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, but exclude delivery charges.
The total price shown in your basket will include the purchased items, VAT where applicable, and delivery charges.
Prices are subject to availability and may change before, but not after, acceptance of your order.
All online purchases are processed through our secure payment provider.
Delivery
Subject to availability, we will dispatch your order once payment has been received, normally within 7 days.
Delivery will be made to the address provided with your order.
Delivery within Metropolitan France is made by parcel delivery.
Delivery charges will be displayed online before you complete your order.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Delivery normally takes 7–10 days.
Occasionally, delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control and, therefore, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Please note: We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Offers
All offers displayed on our website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
Cancellations and Returns
We are not responsible for return postage costs. Any item returned for exchange or repair may incur additional delivery charges for the replacement or exchanged item.
You may cancel your order at any time up to receipt of the order and for up to 14 days after receipt, provided the goods remain intact.
You can do this by contacting us by email or telephone, providing your full name, address and order number. Alternatively, you may return the order with a covering note.
The product must be complete, unused and in a resalable condition. Any free gifts supplied with the item must also be returned.
Please return items using a tracked or registered delivery service. Items lost in transit or received in an unsaleable condition will not be refunded, or may only be partially refunded.
A full refund will be provided for items returned by the buyer, but delivery charges will not be refunded.
Defective Products
In the unusual event that an item is defective, we will consider the circumstances on an individual basis.
If your product develops a defect within 12 months, we will normally offer a prompt repair free of charge and refund the postage costs incurred in returning the item to us.
This does not cover defects caused by accident, negligence, misuse or general wear and tear.
Disclaimer
We make every effort to ensure that all information on our website is accurate.
If an error occurs in the price or description of a product, we will contact you and ask whether you wish to proceed with your order at the correct price or with the correct product description.
We are not obliged to sell products at an incorrect price.
We reserve the right to modify our products without prior notice.
