Rats and Mice

Wherever humans are rodents will not be far away.  Our houses, farms, commercial properties and sewers afford them excellent homes, in proximity to where we store and dispose of foods.  Though rats and mice keep themselves clean, they create health and hygiene issues for humans and businesses, devour and contaminate foods, cause damage to property, and economic loss.

There are many ways to eradicate rodents, including dogs, guns, traps and poisons. We offer bespoke treatment plans according to the extent and location of infestations, and your ethical preferences.

Rodent colonies can be extensive, with adults foraging and in turn their young.  and their young in turn foraging.  Rats and mice also quickly learn what to avoid.  For these reasons a treatment plan usually requires 2-3 visits, and offer advice on what to look out for to monitor rodent presence, and deterrent methods that prevent recurrence.

Many rodenticides have lost their effectiveness after decades of use, as rats and mice developed resistance and adapted their behaviour to avoid things that do them harm.  It is thus welcome news that a new type of rodenticide is now available. Selontra, developed by BASF, works in a different way from previous treatments, and is highly effective.  Robert Moon is brand ambassador for Selontra in France.

We can supply traps, and deterrents (e.g. RatMat), but there are strict controls for the use of professional rodenticides for humane reasons and to prevent accidental poisoning: we do not sell rodenticides directly to the public.

24/7 protection against rats for your cars, caravans, motorhomes, agricultural vehicles and buildings

Rodents seem to enjoy our property as much as we do.  More often than you may imagine rats are chewing the electric looms of vehicles and building nests in them, particularly if they garaged and used infrequently. The damage caused to a vehicle could cost hundreds of Euros to repair, and perhaps thousands for an electric car, motorhome or agricultural vehicle.  Protect you vehicles and buildings with RatMat - a proven, non-lethal deterrent.
